30 things you can start doing for yourself
I loved reading through this list and saying mmmhhhmmm...to so many! It felt peaceful to remember to take care of myself. I've been doing the "work" that Katie Byron talks about in her book "Loving What Is" and today especially I've been having some really great breakthroughs doing what she calls the "turnarounds" I've never been so conscious as I am now of how many "shoulds" I've been holding onto. I really recommend this book to anyone wanting to find a way to work through the stuff in our lives that doesn't work for us.
I love that I've found this work in my early thirties because I look forward to growing up and becoming responsible for my stuff so that I can be free and love unconditionally.
